BEGINNERS

Never done Muay Thai?
Perfect.

You don't need to get fit first. You don't need to know how to fight. And no, nobody's throwing you into a ring on day one. Ventura's daytime classes are beginner-friendly and designed so you can start from zero.

1

You don't need to be fit first

Getting fit is what the classes are for. Show up as you are and we'll build from there.

2

You don't need martial arts experience

Zero experience is the most common starting point. Everything is taught from scratch.

3

You won't be thrown into hard sparring

Day one is about learning the basics, not getting hit. Hard sparring is opt-in, never compulsory.
